The 6th Houston Black Heritage Fest is an extensive cultural experience that promotes diversity and cultural sensitivity filled with community social responsibility. This two-day-long festival honors local giants, featuring local artists, crafters, guest speakers, exhibits, and poets. A Children's Activity Area makes sure everyone in your family will enjoy the day. While at the festival make sure to stop by the diverse selection of food picked to tempt your palate. The festival culminates with performances by legends of the music industry which draws thousands of fans each year!
This year's festival takes place at Emancipation Park (3018 Emancipation Ave, Houston, 77004) on Saturday & Sunday, October 8-9, 2022 from 3:00 until 9:00 PM each day. Vendor spots at the event will sell out so don't wait. We are currently at 60%.

On the Wednesday evening before the Festival, I will email you load-in
information. Although there is general load-in information in the vendor
packet, this information may be superseded by the load-in information
you get the week of the Festival.
